How is Theresa? Any word on her path report? I hope it all went well, and everything is benign. Roger is continuing to amaze the doctors with his powers to mend. He is unhooked from all the crazy dripping machines, and may soon be home.

I have to admit I’ve never wondered about the horrible results of Hearst and Murdoch competing. The news is already so absurdly un-objective, we’ve already lost the essence and import of the First Amendment. Without a strong free press our beautiful democracy is in serious trouble.
