I’m enjoying a moment – it’s just a moment – of satisfaction this morning after Mitt Romney’s double smack-down yesterday. With all that the voters in the Old South have gotten wrong in recent years, at least they recognize condescension when they hear it. Romney, with his “y’all” and “cheesy grits,” was an embarrassment; and he deserved to lose for that reason alone.
Mind you I’m not a fan of the distortions and manipulations by the other candidates down there, but at least they spoke as (lying) adults to adults.
I agree but it turns out he got more delegates. He has a sneaky way of always coming out with the delegates even when the people who vote clearly don’t prefer him… Likely how he got all his money too.
